Financial report  – 

  • Profit from property management attributable to parent company shareholders amounted to SEK 3,924m (3,146), corresponding to an increase per share by 20% to SEK 21.04 (17.48)
  • Long term net asset value amounted to SEK 454.43 per share (362.77)
  • Rental income amounted to SEK 6,535m (6,079)
  • Profit after tax attributable to parent company shareholders amounted to SEK 11,120m (3,063) corresponding to SEK 59.62 per share (17.02)
     

Profit from property management for the period amounted to SEK 4,376m (3,682). Profit from property management attributable to parent company shareholders increased by 25% and amounted to SEK 3,924m (3,146), which corresponds to an increase per share of 20% to SEK 21.04 (17.48). Profit from property management includes SEK 932m (475) in respect of associated companies.

Net profit after tax for the period amounted to SEK 11,903m (3,521). Net profit after tax for the period attributable to parent company shareholders amounted to SEK 11,120m (3,063), corresponding to SEK 59.62 per share (17.02). Profit before tax was affected by unrealised changes in value in respect of investment properties of SEK 7,436m (801), realised changes in value in respect of investment properties of SEK 109m (15), profit from sales of development properties SEK 215m (65), changes in value of interest rate derivatives of SEK 415m (-231) and profit from participations in associated companies of SEK 2,096m (475).
