As a tenant, the easiest way to register a service notification for your apartment or premise is at Mitt Balder. One of the many advantages is that it goes directly to the caretaker; you'll also be able to follow your errand. At Mitt Balder, you'll also find current information about your apartment or premise, contact information, and your rental notifications.

Opening hours
All weekdays from 07:00–17:00.
If there is an emergency before or after regular opening hours, we have an emergency service. It's the same telephone number as our regular customer service. Please note that the emergency service only handles urgent matters. If it isn't urgent, we'll get back to you during our opening hours.
Special opening hours
The following days we only handle urgent matters:
- Easter eve
- Midsummer eve
- Christmas eve
- New Year's Day
- Friday after the Ascension Day
