Board of Directors

Balder's Board of Directors are elected by the annual general meeting and work with the company's long-term development. This includes, among other things, monitoring the management's operational activities.

The Board of Directors consists of five members, including the chairman. The board members are elected annually at the annual general meeting for the period until the end of the next annual general meeting.
