How do I apply to you for an apartment?

All our apartments are let via our business partner, HomeQ. Create an account with them to start collecting queue points. The person with the most queue points who meets our basic requirements will be the first to be offered the apartment.

How do I obtain a parking space or garage?

You can rent a parking space or garage from Balder subject to availability. If there is no parking space or garage available to rent at the moment, please submit your request to be placed in a queue by creating a contact case in Mitt Balder. You can also contact Customer Service

The cost of the parking space or garage can vary, depending on whether it is a lockable garage, a parking space with a roof or whether the parking space has an electric heating socket or charging station.

I’ll soon be moving in, how will I get all the information I need?

Congratulations on your new home, and a warm welcome to Balder! As your moving-in date approaches, there are a lot of practical matters you need to consider. Balder’s moving-in guide helps you to remember everything.

I haven’t received my rent notice, where do I find my payment details?

You can find the details you need to pay your rent – OCR, amount and payment deadline – on our Mitt Balder customer portal. For a more convenient way to pay your rent, we recommend e-invoice or direct debit (autogiro). You can also have your rent notice sent as a PDF file to your email address.

How do I give notice to end my rental agreement or other contract?

To help you through the process, we have produced a guide to giving notice and moving out containing information that is important to bear in mind for those renting an apartment, garage, parking space, storage, or premises.

Please note that the period of notice for our rental apartments is three full calendar months, so give yourself plenty of time to avoid duplicate rental payments.
