RULES AND CLEANING ROUTINES FOR THE LAUNDRY ROOM

The laundry room is a communal area, and all tenants are responsible for keeping it nice and clean. Together, we make it a welcoming place.
 

• Show consideration, respect booked laundry times and areas.
• Drying room and/or dryer can be used for 1 hour past the scheduled laundry time.
• Pets are not allowed in the laundry room.
• Smoking is prohibited in the laundry room and all other communal areas.
• Leave the laundry room clean and tidy for the next neighbour.
   

Cleaning routines after finsishing the laundry

• Wipe benches and machines to remove dirt and detergent residue.
• Clean out the detergent compartment and leave it open.
• Clear filters from lint and dirt.
• Clean the floors using a broom and a mop.
• Take all your laundry with you and throw away any trash.
• Close all windows.
