HOW TO APPLY FOR A RENTAL APARTMENT

Balder only advertises our apartments on the marketplace HomeQ. We make the selection of applicants strictly based on HomeQ queue points. To start collecting points and thus increase your chances of getting the property you want, you need to register on HomeQ. It is free of charge and you need BankID to register.
